- Di cosa sono fatte le mie targhe?
- Le mie targhe sono fatte di porcellana, un materiale resistente e adatto sia ad un uso interno che esterno in tutte le condizioni meteo e di temperatura. Non uso decalcomanie, pennaerelli nè stampe: ogni targa è interamente dipinta a mano e posta in un apposito forno per porcellana che fissa i colori rendendoli brillanti e indelebili.
- Come installo la mia targa?
- Sono disponibili 3 diverse opzioni di sospensione:
- -Fori laterali (montaggio con viti).

-Senza fori (montaggio con cemento a presa rapida o collanti appositi)
-Gancio sul retro (eccetto le misure 24x30, 30x40 e 35x40 cm). - Posso richiedere un decoro personalizzato?

Se non trovi nulla di tuo gusto tra le proposte della mia ampia selezione, posso creare esattamente quello che stai cercando seguendo le tue istruzioni.Gli ordini personalizzati sono la mia specialità; insieme possiamo creare un pezzo assolutamente unico! L'unica cosa che devi fare è contattarmi.
- Spedisci in tutto il mondo?
- Si, spedisco le mie targhe in tutto il mondo e il costo della spedizione è sempre GRATUITO, non importa in che parte del mondo vivi.
- Non ci sono costi aggiuntivi dopo che hai acquistato la tua targa. I clienti di paesi extra UE sono responsabili del pagamento di eventuali tasse di importazione previste dal loro paese.
- Come viene consegnato il mio ordine? La tua targa viene consegnata direttamente alla tua porta tramite corriere (FedEx o DHL). Siete pregati di fornirmi un indirizzo fisico, non solo quello di un PO box.
- Quanto impiega il mio ordine ad arrivare? La spedizione impiega 1 giorno lavorativo per l'Italia, 2 giorni lavorativi per gli USA, 2-4 giorni lavorativi per l'Europa e 3-5 giorni lavorativi per il resto del mondo.
- Che succede se il mio pacco viene danneggiato durante il trasporto?
- Impacchetto tutti i miei ordini con la massima cura ed attenzione (su più di 3000 vendite su Etsy solo una targa è risultata danneggiata alla consegna). In ogni caso, se qualcosa dovesse andare storto, per favore informami del danno entro 48 ore dalla ricezione del pacco. I reclami possono essere fatti tramite mail (rovererober@gmail.com) allegando una o più immagini del danno, cosi che io possa valutare se rientri nella mia policy di sostituzione gratuita del tuo prodotto.
- Condividi le mie informazioni personali e i miei dati sensibili? Assolutamente no! dai un'occhiata alla mia privacy policy per maggiori dettagli.
- Come faccio se volessi avere una targa più grande? propongo diverse misure per le mie targhe di tutte le forme, ma la scelta è limitata da una produzione standard che non può adattarsi a necessità molto specifiche. La soluzione migliore, nel caso ti serva una targa più grande, è scegliere un pannello decorativo composto da svariate mattonelle quadrate componibili.
- Ogni mattonella misura 20x20 cm. Ciò permette di creare pannelli grandi quanto vuoi!
- NOTA BENE: Il pannello non è pronto per essere appeso, ogni mattonella deve essere installata utilizzando collanti appositi o cemento a presa rapida.
- Policy di rimborso: Data la natura della mia attività, non è possibile restituire i miei prodotti in quanto personalizzati.
- Nota anche che questi sono prodotti dipinti a mano : piccole differenze con le immagini dei prodotti listati sul mio sito sono da attribuirsi alla natura artigianale delle mie targhe ed è ciò che le rende uniche.

Can I ask you for a custom design?
Custom orders are my specialty: together we can create a truly personalized and unique piece! If none of my existing designs are quite what you had in mind, I can create the one you’re looking for, following your specifications. The only thing you have to do, is contacting me.
How do I choose the perfect size ?
look at the picture shown in any listing of the site with all the different sizes available.
- choose the one (or the ones) that seems more suitable for your needs.
-take a white sheet and sketch an oval/rectangle using the selected measures.
- cut the oval and apply it with some tape to the desired place; that will give you an idea of the final result on your wall/gate/column.

What if I’d like to have a larger sign?
I have several size options for my oval signs but the sizes are limited by production constraints. If you need a larger signage system I suggest you to choose the “Tiles Mural” option.
Each tile of a panel measures 8 x 8 inches or 6" x 6" inches; this allows us to compose a mural as big as you want!
PLEASE NOTE: The panel is not ready to hang, every tile has to be mounted with glue for tiles or quick-setting cement.
What are the signs made of?
My signs are made of porcelain, a highly durable material suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, thanks to its resistance to thermal shock and all weather conditions.
Also, I DO NOT use decals, prints or markers: each piece is painted by hand and goes through a “firing process” made in a special kiln at the temperature of 1470° F. This process allows to fix the colors, making them intense and indelible.That’s why my signs are designed for very long life in external applications.
How do I mount my sign?
You can choose between 3 different mounting systems*:
- Side holes option for mounting with screws.
- Without holes option (for mounting with sealant or quick setting cement)
- A hook on the back (except for sizes 8" x 11", 9.4” x 12”, 12” x 16” and 13.5" x 16").

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, my signs are super securely shipped all over the world by FedEx / UPS / DHL.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping is always FREE to EU, USA, Canada and UK.
For all other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
How will my sign be delivered?
Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx, UPS or DHL). Please provide me a physical address, not just a PO box.
How long does the delivery take?
The shipping takes 1 business day to Italy, 2-3 business days to the U.S. and EU , 3/5 business days everywhere else.
What is the time production?
The production time is usually 4–7 weeks due to the high volume of orders I work on. However, it could be faster depending on the number of orders I’m processing at any given time.
If you have a special date in mind, please reach out — I’ll be happy to check if I can arrange my schedule to have your order ready in time.
What if my sign is damaged during the shipment?
I package every sign with the utmost care! However, if something does go wrong, please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for our free replacement guarantee.

Refund policy:
Due to the nature of my business, personalized signs are a final sale. These are hand-painted products created especially for you (with your house number, names, text), making each piece unique. According to EU consumer law, custom-made or clearly personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, which means they cannot be returned. I’m always happy to assist if you have any concerns about your order before it goes into production.
Damaged Items: Please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for our free replacement guarantee.
What if I’m not home to receive my parcel?
My signs are shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL with express delivery (about 2-3 business days to the USA, 3–5 to most other countries). Couriers will usually attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at their local facility for about a week before being returned to me with a high return fee.
Please note: I will not cover the return fee — in such a case, I will abandon the parcel and you will lose your order.
To avoid this, keep an eye on your tracking to ensure successful delivery and provide an accurate address and phone number.

What Are Customs Duties?
A customs duty is a tax applied to goods shipped from one country to another.
I am based in Italy (within the European Union), where there is a single market with free movement of goods. This means that customers in EU countries will not pay any customs duties when purchasing from DipintoAdArte.
For all non-EU countries, customs duties may apply. The most common type is a percentage set by the government of the buyer’s country, calculated on the value of the purchased product.
Important: the seller has no control over this percentage, as it is determined entirely by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country.
The seller does not receive any amount of these fees — they are collected by the buyer’s government
Who Is Responsible for Paying Customs Duties?
The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties when purchasing goods from another country.
Because these costs vary by country and are calculated at the time of customs clearance, they are not included in the price of the items on our website.
