Yes. Custom designs are my specialty. In addition to personalizing the designs available in my shop, I can create completely original artwork specifically for your home.

Is it possible to receive a preview of my personalized sign before production?
Yes. You can request a free personalized mockup showing your custom text on the selected design before production begins.
This allows you to review the lettering, layout, proportions and overall appearance of your personalized sign before it is hand painted.

How do I choose the right size for my sign?
The best size depends on where the sign will be installed, the viewing distance, the amount of text and the proportions of the surrounding space.
Each product page shows the available dimensions and reference images. To visualize the actual size at home, draw the plaque dimensions on paper, cut out the shape and temporarily place it on the wall, gate or door where the sign will be installed.

Materials, Craftsmanship & Outdoor Use
What are DipintoAdArte signs made of?
DipintoAdArte signs are made from premium Italian porcelain, selected for its durability, low porosity and suitability for permanent outdoor use.
Each piece is individually hand painted without decals, printed designs or markers and kiln-fired at approximately 1470°F (800°C) to permanently fix the painted decoration.
Are DipintoAdArte House Signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. DipintoAdArte ceramic signs are designed for permanent outdoor use.
They are hand painted on premium porcelain and kiln-fired at high temperature, creating an exceptionally dense and practically non-porous surface suitable for exposure to rain, sun, frost and changing temperatures. High-fired porcelain has extremely low water absorption, making it particularly suitable for permanent outdoor house signs and address plaques.
Mounting & Installation
How can I mount my ceramic sign?
Different mounting options are available depending on the design and size of the sign:
- Side holes: for mounting with screws
- No holes: suitable for adhesive or cement installation
- Rear hook: available on selected sizes and intended for indoor use.

What is the turnaround time for custom ceramic signs?
The usual production time for a DipintoAdArte custom ceramic sign is approximately 3–4 weeks, mainly due to the number of custom orders I usually have in progress.
Each sign is individually prepared, hand painted and kiln-fired, and I personally manage the production schedule for every order. If you need your sign by a specific date or have an urgent deadline, please contact me before ordering. Whenever possible, I can reorganize my production schedule and give your order priority to meet your requested timeframe.
How long does it take to receive a custom house sign after ordering?
Once your DipintoAdArte custom house sign is completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped by express courier.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days within the EU, about 2 business days to the USA, and 3–5 business days to most other destinations.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Does DipintoAdArte offer free or fast shipping?
Yes. DipintoAdArte offers free shipping to the EU, USA, Canada and UK on custom ceramic signs.
Completed orders are shipped with reliable express couriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL for fast and secure delivery. Tracking information is provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
What if I'm not available to receive the delivery?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make another attempt or hold the parcel locally for a limited period before returning it.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when ordering and monitor the tracking information after dispatch to avoid delivery problems.
What happens if my sign is damaged during shipping?
Every DipintoAdArte sign is carefully packaged to protect it during international shipping.
In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged, please report the problem within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the damage and packaging. Eligible claims qualify for a free replacement.

Does DipintoAdArte offer bulk pricing for multiple signs?
Yes. Bulk pricing may be available for multiple or coordinated signs, including hospitality projects, businesses, B&Bs or sets of signs created for the same property.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Because DipintoAdArte signs are individually made and personalized to the customer's specifications, personalized orders are generally not eligible for standard returns.
