Is it possible to receive a preview of my personalized sign before production?
Yes, certainly! You can request a free personalized mockup showing your custom text on the selected design before production begins. This allows you to review layout, proportions and overall style before approving the final version.
Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes. Custom designs are my specialty.
If none of the existing designs match what you have in mind, I can create a completely new design following your ideas, references or specific requirements. You can also send reference images or inspirations to guide the design process. Just get in touch to discuss your project.
How do I choose the right size for my sign?
Each product page shows all available sizes with reference images.
To better visualize the final result, you can sketch the chosen dimensions on paper, cut the shape and temporarily place it where the sign will be installed.

What are DipintoAdArte signs made of?
All signs are made of premium Italian porcelain, a highly durable material suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Each piece is entirely hand painted, without decals, prints or markers, and kiln-fired at 1470°F to permanently fix the colors and ensure long-lasting resistance to weather and temperature changes.
Are DipintoAdArte signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. DipintoAdArte signs are made of premium porcelain and fired at very high temperatures, making them exceptionally resistant to rain, sun, frost and thermal shock.
Porcelain is denser and more durable than standard ceramic, which is why these signs are suitable for permanent outdoor installation in all climates.
What is the production time for a custom sign?
Production time is usually 3–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Because each sign is hand painted and made to order, production time reflects both the artisanal process and the number of orders in progress.

Does DipintoAdArte offer free or fast shipping?
Yes. DipintoAdArte offers free shipping to EU, USA, CA and UK on all custom ceramic signs.
Orders are shipped with reliable express couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery once production is completed.
Does DipintoAdArte offer bulk pricing for multiple signs?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available for multiple or coordinated orders, such as hospitality projects, businesses, or sets of signs for the same property.
Each request is evaluated individually to ensure consistent quality and personalized service.
How can I mount my ceramic sign?
You can choose between different mounting options depending on the design and size of the sign:
• Side holes for mounting with screws
• No holes, suitable for adhesive or cement installation
• Rear hook (available on selected sizes)

What happens if my sign is damaged during shipping?
Every sign is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
In the unlikely event of damage, please report it within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. Eligible claims qualify for a free replacement.
What if I’m not available to receive the delivery?
Orders are shipped via express couriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be held locally for a limited time before being returned.
To avoid issues, please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct and monitor the tracking information closely.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Because all signs are custom made and personalized, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned under EU consumer law.
