PROCESSING TIME: my usual processing time is  2-4 weeks but it may be extended during some periods according to the amount of orders I have to process.

SHIPPING COSTS / TAXES: Shipping is FREE to USA, UE, CANADA and UK; your sign will be shipped directly to your door. Extra EU customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes where they apply. For USA: there is no additional cost (no import duties) for orders under 800$.

SHIPPING TIME: The shipping takes 1 business day to Italy, 2-3 business days to the U.S., 2-3 EU countries and 3/5 business days everywhere else.

COURIERS: Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx or DHL).

RUSH ORDERS: If you’re purchasing your sign for a special occasion (i.e. birthday / anniversary / wedding etc) I’ll do my best to rush it when possible.
