Shipping Policy & Processing Time
PROCESSING TIME: my usual processing time is 3-5 weeks due to the high volume of orders I have to work on.
RUSH ORDERS: If you’re purchasing your sign for a special occasion (i.e. birthday / anniversary / wedding etc) I’ll do my best to rush it : please contact me
SHIPPING TIME: The shipping takes 1 business day to Italy, 2-3 business days to the U.S., 2/3 EU countries and 3/5 business days everywhere else.
SHIPPING COSTS : Shipping is FREE for EU, USA, CANADA, and UK; your sign will be shipped directly to your door.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of my items , completely personalized and made to order, they're exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). The statutory legal warranty of conformity remains fully valid. If your product arrives damaged due to transport, or if there is a production error, you will be fully entitled to a replacement or a refund.
Damaged Items: I'm responsible for the safety of your sign until it is delivered to you. I package every sign with the utmost care and damage is rare. However, if something does go wrong, please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for my free replacement guarantee. If no such claim is made, you acknowledge that my performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications.
Cancellations: accepted
Request a cancellation: within 15 days of purchase (I will issue with a full refund of the order).
CUSTOM DUTIES:
Customers in EU countries will not pay any customs duties when purchasing from DipintoAdArte.
For all NON-EU countries, customs duties may apply. The most common type is a percentage set by the government of the buyer’s country, calculated on the value of the purchased product. Because these costs vary by country and are calculated at the time of customs clearance, they are not included in the price of the items on our website.
Important: the seller has no control over this percentage, as it is determined entirely by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country.
The seller does not receive any amount of these fees, they are collected by the buyer’s government.
The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties when purchasing goods from another country.
If the customer refuses the parcel, the order will not be refunded
