Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME: my usual processing time is  2-4 weeks but it may be extended during some periods according to the amount of orders I have to process.

SHIPPING COSTS : Shipping is FREE to USA, UE, CANADA and UK; your sign will be shipped directly to your door. For all other countries, the shipping will be calculated directly at checkout. The shipping takes 1 business day to Italy, 2-3 business days to the U.S., and all EU countries and 3/5 business days everywhere else.

COURIERS: Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx or DHL).

CUSTOM DUTIES: 

 Customers in EU countries will not pay any customs duties when purchasing from DipintoAdArte.

For all non-EU countries, customs duties may apply. The most common type is a percentage set by the government of the buyer’s country, calculated on the value of the purchased product.
Important: the seller has no control over this percentage, as it is determined entirely by the customs authorities of the buyer’s country.
The seller does not receive any amount of these fees, they are collected by the buyer’s government.

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties when purchasing goods from another country.

Because these costs vary by country and are calculated at the time of customs clearance, they are not included in the price of the items on our website.

If the customer refuses the parcel, the order will not be refunded

COURIERS: Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx or DHL).

RUSH ORDERS: If you’re purchasing your sign for a special occasion (i.e. birthday / anniversary / wedding etc) I’ll do my best to rush it when possible.
