The Terms and Conditions set forth in this document reflect the common business practices of DipintoAdArte ("DipintoAd/me/my") in relation to my dipintoadarte.com website ("site"). These Terms and Conditions apply unless other arrangements are made in writing with the client ("you/your/yours").
Please ensure that you read these Terms and Conditions prior to using this site and/or purchasing signs via this site.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
To place an order via this site, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. As such, by accessing, using, or browsing this site, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. By placing an order via this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. I reserve the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time. The Terms and Conditions as displayed on the site at the time you submit payment for an order apply to that order.
Ordering from my website
Confirmation of Order
When you submit an order, you are in effect making an offer to purchase the sign you have designed for the price specified on the site's checkout page. Please ensure that you supply correct name, email address, and credit card information. Once I have accepted your order, I will email you order confirmation and an invoice for your records. I reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason.
Pricing
Prices displayed on my site are accurate in $USD. I reserve the right to change my prices at any time, with no prior notification.
Deadlines for special discount offers are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Policy
PLESE NOTE: my usual processing time is 3-4 weeks but it may be extended during some periods according to the amount of orders I have to process.
SHIPPING COSTS / TAXES: Shipping is FREE for EU, USA, CANADA, and UK; your sign will be shipped directly to your door. There are no additional charges once you have purchased your sign. Extra EU customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes where they apply.
For US countries: there is no additional cost (no import duties) for orders under 800$.
For UK countries (Brexit) :Please be advised that local taxes and import duties apply and are not included in the items costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
SHIPPING TIME: The shipping takes 1 business day to Italy, 2 business days to the U.S., 2/3 EU countries and 3/5 business days everywhere else.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME TO GET MY ORDER?
I ship my signs with Fedex or DHL carrier, the shipping is EXPRESS, it means it takes 2 business days to arrive in USA and 3-5 everywhere else. All couriers will only attempt redeliveries a certain number of times (usually THREE). If the courier will not find you home, he will make other 2 attempts, after which you will usually find a card in your mailbox (you can use this card to easily select a new delivery time).
After this, the parcell will remain in the courier stock offices for a week and they will try to directly contact you by phone to reschedule the delivery once again.
US buyers: In the end, if you don't get in touch with the courier, they'll send me back the parcel, applying a extortionate fee. In this case I will GIVE UP THE PARCEL and you will LOOSE your order.
EU buyers: In the end, if you don't get in touch with the courier, they'll send me back the parcel (I will have to pay the shipping cost). In this case, I will get the parcel and, if you want me to send it back once again, you will have to pay both for the new delivery and for shipping cost I had to pay.
PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to change the shipping address once the parcel has been shipped for the first time.
COURIERS:
Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx or DHL).
RUSH ORDERS: If you’re purchasing your sign for a special occasion (i.e. birthday / anniversary / wedding etc) I’ll do my best to rush it when possible.
All shipments are sent from Tuscany, ITALY.
Refund policy
Claims or Damage
Due to the nature of my business, personalized items are a final sale. These are hand-painted products and small differences with the listing pictures are part of what makes your product unique.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of my items (completely personalized) I can't accept the return. In case you find an error in the item you purchased (text error, wrong size), I'll provide you a new one with all the correct details as soon as possible.
Damaged Items: I'm responsible for the safety of your sign until it is delivered to you. I package every sign with the utmost care and damage is rare. However, if something does go wrong, please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for my free replacement guarantee. If no such claim is made, you acknowledge that my performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. Customer have to pay for return shipping.
Cancellations: accepted
Request a cancellation: within 15 days of purchase (I will issue with a full refund of the order).
Copyright
I hold the copyright on all designs, artwork, and other elements displayed or created on the site, as well as on all drawings, unless I agree in writing to other arrangements.
I reserve the right to be the sole painter of any sign I have designed and to display replicas or images of signs my work for promotional purposes.
Please note: Each product of DipintoAdArte is hand painted so it might look slightly different as compared to the listing pictures. That's what makes my signs one of a kind!
Sign Installation
Sign installation is wholly your responsibility. You must identify and secure any necessary approvals (e.g., from building owners, local authorities, etc) related to sign installation. I accept no responsibility or liability for work arranged/carried out by you, but do recommend you use qualified professionals to install your sign.
