Is it possible to have a preview of my sign that includes my personalization?

How do I choose the perfect size ?

What are the signs made of? 

My signs are made of porcelain, an higly durable material that is suitable both for an indoor and outdoor use due to its thermal shocks resistance in any weather condition. Also, I DO NOT use decals, prints or markers: each piece is painted by hand and goes through a “firing process” made in a special kiln at the temperature of 1470° F. This process allows to fix the colors, making them intense and indelible.That’s why my signs are designed for very long life in external applications.

How do I mount my sign? 

You can choose between 3 different mounting systems*:

  •   Side holes option for mounting with screws.
  •   Without holes option (for mounting with sealant or quick setting cement)          
  • A hook on the back (except for sizes 9.4” x 12”,12” x 16” and 13.5" x 16").

Can I ask you for a custom design? 

Sure! If you don’t find the sign that makes you happy in my wide selection, I can create the one you’re looking for, following your specifications. Custom orders are my specialty: together we can create a truly personalized and unique piece! The only thing you have to do, is contacting me.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, my signs are super securely shipped all over the world  by FedEx/DHL.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping is always FREE  for all EU contries, USA, Canada and Uk.

The shipping will be 10 euros for all the other countries. 

Your sign will be shipped directly to your door and there are no additional charges once you have purchased your sign. Please note that Extra EU customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes where they apply. 

How will my sign be delivered?    

Your sign will be shipped directly to your door by couriers (FedEx or DHL). Please provide me a physical address, not just a PO box.

How long does the delivery take?                 

The shipping takes 1 business day toItaly, 2-3 business days to theU.S. andEU countries, 3/5 business dayseverywhere else.

What if my sign is damaged during the shipment? 

I package every sign with the utmost care (over 3000 sales on Etsy and just 1 damaged sign). However, if something does go wrong, please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for our free replacement guarantee.

Will you sell or share my personal infos?            

Absolutely not! See my privacy policy for more details.

What if I’d like to have a larger sign?

I have several size options for my oval signs but the sizes are limited by production constraints. If you need a larger signage system I suggest you to choose the “Tiles Mural” option. 
Each tile of a panel measures 8 x 8 inches; this allows us to compose a mural as big as you want!

PLEASE NOTE: The panel is not ready to hang, every tile has to be mounted with glue for tiles or quick-setting cement.

Refund policy:

Due to the nature of my business, personalized items are a final sale. These are hand-painted products and small differences with the listing pictures are part of what makes your product unique.

Damaged Items: Please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for our free replacement guarantee.

What if I'm not home to get my parcel?

I ship my signs with Fedex or DHL carrier, the shipping is EXPRESS, it means it takes 2 business days to arrive in USA and 3-5 everywhere else. All couriers will only attempt redeliveries a certain number of times (usually THREE). If the courier will not find you home, he will make other 2 attempts, after which you will usually find a card in your mailbox (you can use this card to easily select a new delivery time).
After this, the parcell will remain in the courier stock offices for a week and they will try to directly contact you by phone to reschedule the delivery once again.
In the end, they'll send me back the parcel, applying a extortionate fee.
In this case I will GIVE UP THE PARCEL and you will LOOSE your order.
